Careers

Good renovations are built by good people. We are always interested in meeting skilled, reliable and motivated tradespeople across the Greater Toronto Area.

Who we look for

Renovation professionals
who take the work seriously

Master Icon Renovation Group is a Greater Toronto Area renovation contractor working on kitchens, bathrooms, basements and whole-home projects. Our reputation rests on the quality of the people who build them, so we are always interested in connecting with skilled, reliable and motivated renovation professionals — carpenters, tilers, electricians, plumbers, drywallers, painters, finishers, labourers and site supervisors alike.

We are not collecting resumes for the sake of it. If your work is clean, your word is good and you take pride in what you leave behind, we would like to know who you are — whether that is for a role today or a project next season.

Skilled

Real experience in your trade and finish work you are happy to have inspected. Licences, tickets and certifications are welcome — tell us what you hold.

Reliable

You turn up when the schedule says you will. Our clients are given written dates, and we keep them by working with people who keep theirs.

Motivated

You respect the home you are working in, communicate clearly with the site supervisor and want to grow with a company that plans its work properly.

Applications welcome year-round
