Why we started
Everyone has heard the same renovation story: the quote that grew, the trades who stopped showing up, the project that ran three months long with no explanation. It happens because most renovation companies are excellent at building and poor at running a business.
Master Icon Renovation Group was built the other way around. The craft came first — it always does — but the scheduling, the written scopes, the daily cleanup and the weekly updates were designed in from day one.
